inconvenient bottles poor soundproofing
the staff at the bar was very kind. it created a very relaxed atmosphere
My room lacked basic toiletries. I found no shampoo, shower gel, or soap. the small bottles delivered later were inconvenient. plus, i could clearly hear other guests leaving and talking. Soundproofing was poor

convenient location quick snack clean room loose tap crooked toilet brown shower silicone
The location is great. It's just outside a metro stop. This made getting to the city center very convenient, only about 15 minutes. The room was clean. There was a self-service shop, which i found very handy when I wanted a quick snack.
The bathroom seemed a little tired. The mirror was hanging off the wall. The toilet seat was crooked. The shower silicone looked a little brown. I mentioned this to reception, but it wasn't fixed .

convenient metro access and cozy rooms
metro access quiet room optional cleaning
The hotel is very close to the metro station. This made travelling around the city simple. the room was quiet, so i could sleep well at night. breakfast offered many selections. I especially liked the fresh coffee and tea. optional room cleaning was also nice. I appreciate that it was offered.
The air conditioning did not work in my room. The staff was informed! but the issue was not resolved . It was very uncomfortable because the windows did not open.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both hot and cold choices. The dining area was spacious, with plenty of tables available. It made for a pleasant start to the day.

My room featured a comfortable twin bed, and the bedding felt soft. The option to request cleaning services via an app was convenient. It allowed me to decide when i wanted the room serviced.

The hotel is directly opposite the metro station. It gave easy access to the city center and other areas. its position near the metro makes it convenient for sightseeing and business meetings. This is a major benefit.

decent hotel near transport
metro location friendly staff good breakfast poor shower draining outside seating early check
this hotel location near the metro was really great, i was happy bout this. the staff was friendly and helpful, a really nice team. breakfast had a good selection, it set me up for the day, no doubt.
the shower draining was really poor, the water was backing up. i hate this, no outside seating was available, very disappointing. i think that the early check in fee of 20 euros felt excessive, when the room was free already.

convenient location modern style noise issue small room
i found the location very convenient. subway access to the city center was very easy and only took about half an hour. i also appreciated the modern style of the hotel and the clean bathroom (the shower was great!).
i experienced some noise issues . i could hear the elevator operating throughout the night and this made it difficult to sleep. also, i thought the room was smaller than i expected (it was a bit of a squeeze).
